Karen Chapman, LCSW
Mental Health Therapy

Therapy is hard but that does not always mean it has to always be a struggle. Therapy is an opportunity to challenge yourself in a positive way and, while some of that may be difficult, I believe in balance in all things--where there is darkness there must be light and where there is adversity there must also be levity. I believe in the power of laughter and genuine human connection.

The problems we face do not occur in a vacuum. I'll do my best, whenever appropriate, to include the people important in your life in your therapy. This is always at your discretion but can be incredibly valuable either in supporting your goals or in showing off your success.
