Therapy is an Investment
Therapy is an investment in yourself. Individuals who seek the services have often struggled with issues for a long period of time prior to taking the steps to engage in treatment. Therapy is not always a long-term process. Most attend weekly sessions for few months. Some may need longer for more severe issues. In all cases, therapy can provide you with support and guidance as you take the necessary steps to better understand your situation and make desired changes in your life.
Insurance & Rates
If you choose to utilize your health insurance benefits, I currently accept plans through the following companies:

If you have insurance with another company and, thus, out of network, I can also provide you with receipts so that you can seek reimbursement. When utilizing insurance benefits, you simply pay your co-payment and/or deductible. I will take care of billing the rest to your insurance company.

If you have decided that you prefer to have full control over your treatment and your mental health record and wish to pay out of pocket, my rates are $175 for the initial 1.5 hour evaluation and $135 for each subsequent 55 minute session.

I accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and health savings accounts as forms of payment.
